Jonathon started with Carolina RES inspections in 2017 and transitioned to RES Appraisals in 2018. Jonathon will be finishing his Certified Residential Licensing process in June of 2023.

Mark left the powersports industry to join RES Appraisals in 2021 and now serves as an Apprentice Appraiser for the greater Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, and Oconee County markets. Mark resides in Simpsonville with his wife and three children.

Donnavan started with the company in 2019 on the inspections side as the inspections coordinator. She transferred to appraisals in 2022 and now handles quality control and final inspections.

Elizabeth, a married mother of 3, started in March 2019 in the inspections department then transferred over as a scheduling coordinator for the appraisal side in June 2019. Since then, she has gained interest in the entire appraisal process and became certified as an Apprentice Appraiser in March 2022.

Cary started with Carolina RES, Inc’s Home Inspections Department in 2018 and has since worked her way up to become the Office Manager of RES Appraisals. Morgan has been a scheduling coordinator in the real estate field since 2021. She became a part of the RES Appraisals team early in 2022 as our scheduling coordinator. She hopes to continue to work towards gaining even more knowledge of the appraisal industry.

Matt started with RES Appraisals in 2018 as our office manager and has since worked his way to become a Certified Residential Appraiser, a member of the FHA preferred appraisers panel, and Realtor. He currently runs our Greenwood office servicing Greenwood, Laurens, Abbeville, Newberry, and McCormick.
